The students in the Kindergarten class at East Forest Elementary in Marienville have published a book titled “A Penguin Adventure”. The students brain-stormed ideas, setting, characters, problems and solutions for the book. After writing the first draft then revising and proofreading it, the students illustrated the pictures to accompany the pages. The class had a cover designing contest with Alexandrea Carroll becoming the winner. (Submitted photos)
