Donate a deer, help feed the hungry

CLARION – Hunters can drop off a whole deer at one of the “Hunters Sharing the Harvest” participating processors in Pennsylvania and the deer meat will go directly to a local food bank for distribution. In Clarion County, PJ’s County Store in Fryburg, is the participating processor.

To drop off a deer, follow these steps:

Carefully field-dress, legally-tag and report your deer harvest.

Take the whole deer to any “Hunters Sharing the Harvest” processor.

Complete the donor receipt form verifying the donation.
