COVID-19 testing site hours updated

The state Department of Health announced updated hours for two free, drive-up COVID-19 testing sites in Crawford and Jefferson counties.

In Crawford County, testing is available from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, through Dec. 11 at Crawford County Fairgrounds, 13921 Dickson Road, Meadville. Enter gate No. 1.

In Jefferson County, testing is available from 9 a.m.-6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, through this week; and 9 a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday at Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 1514 Route 28 (off Interstate 80), Brookville.

Testing sites are open to anyone who believes they need a test, according to the state. Up to 450 people can be tested per day at each site.

Testing is on a first-come, first-served basis and open to individuals from any county who are ages 3 and older, according to the state. Individuals do not need to be experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 to be tested.
