Affinity Health Services, Inc., has named Country Springs Personal Care Home the Personal Care Home of the Year for 2018 during a two-day educational seminar.
“We are humbled by the awards received and excited to share this recognition with Country Springs residents, family members and staff,” said Mindy Gatesman, personal care administrator.
Country Springs received awards for outstanding survey performance, exceeding occupancy expectations, various personnel and other quality and operational excellence challenges for 2018’s performance.
Affinity is a senior management and consulting organization that is contracted to oversee the day-to-day operations at Clarview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Country Springs Personal Care Home and other managed facilities.
Annually as part of the event, Affinity recognizes the achievements of the senior living communities. There were numerous awards and recognitions presented throughout the February event. With an extensive review of multiple areas of operations, Affinity presented certificates of recognition to the skilled facilities, personal care homes and independent living communities.
