Community Action, Inc.’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families Project provides assistance to veteran families experiencing a housing crisis.
Veteran families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless receive intensive case management to assist them achieve long-term housing stability and economic independence by locating permanent housing and addressing other issues affecting the household.
Financial assistance may be available.
