Clarion University to present Stars over Clarion

From staff reports

The Clarion University physics department will present Stars Over Clarion at 7 and 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 7 and 8, in the Donald D. Peirce Planetarium in the Grunenwald Science and Technology Center at the university.

Stars Over Clarion combines ancient storytelling with a modern understanding of celestial bodies to explore the month’s night sky and highlight any important events that may have occurred in the sky over Clarion.

Guests are required to wear facemasks.

Seating is limited, and the presentation is free. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

The planetarium is handicapped-accessible and is located on the second floor of the science and technology center.
