Clarion SAFE agency to hold event Oct. 22

SAFE, or Stop Abuse For Everyone, will hold a domestic violence awareness event from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, at Trinity Point Church of God in Clarion.

The event is being held in observance of October being Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence Awareness Month.

Among the speakers will be Clarion County commissioners, attorney Drew Welsh, representatives from the Pennsylvania State Police and Tammy Seaburn, who will present “Katrina’s Story.”
