Clarion PASR honors 2 Keystone staff members

Clarion County Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees honored two Keystone School District employees at their membership meeting Thursday.

Fred Carrow and Sue Beichner were presented with CCPASR’s Lauretta Woodson awards, which recognize educators and support professionals who exhibit creativity, initiative or productivity relevant to the learning process and the growth of children.

Carrow, who resides in Oil City, with his wife, Laurie, has been a high school art teacher at Keystone for 31 years.

Beichner has been the high school attendance secretary for 15 years. She and her husband, Todd, live in Shippenville.
