Clarion Farm Market to open for 2016

CLARION – The Clarion County Farmers Market will kick off its 30th anniversary season from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 7, in the parking lot next to the courthouse, on Main Street in Clarion.

The market has more than 13 members, including eight produce vendors, offering customers a wide variety of local seasonal produce and fruit every Saturday through October.

Hanging baskets, garden and perennial plants will be available starting May 7, along with a wide selection of baked goods, eggs, meat, maple syrup, and early spring produce.
