The annual Chainsaw Carvers’ Round-Up will run from Friday to Sunday, Sept. 14-16., at the Cook Forest Sawmill Center for the Arts. The center is located at 140 Theatre Lane in Cook Forest State Park.
Attendees will be able to watch carving artists from across the region spend the weekend making art from logs. When completed, the carved pieces will be auctioned off at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, and at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16.
In addition to brand new items, works that had been carved prior to the show will be on site and available for purchase.
