A car show and family picnic will be held to benefit the Heavenly Gaits Therapeutic Riding Center. The car show will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the family picnic will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, July 20, at Wolf’s Camping Resort located at 308 Timberwolf Run in Knox.
Other activities include raffles and a Chinese and silent auctions. There will also be hats and shirts to purchase at the event.
There will be dash plaques available for every vehicle entered into the car show. Trophies for the car show entry winners will be awarded at 3 p.m.
On the menu for the event will be pulled pork sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, salads and of course homemade strawberry shortcake.
Heavenly Gaits Therapeutic Riding Center offers riding opportunities for special needs children. They are located at 2059 Ninevah Road, Knox.
