Free workshops on manure management for people with farms of all sizes are scheduled in Clarion and Venango counties.
The programs are designed to provide a better understanding of state regulations and assist with completion of a manure management plan.
The workshop in Clarion County is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Cricket Song Cafe, 11953 Route 66, Clarion. Registration is due by Friday, Feb. 15.

A workshop in Venango County is scheduled for 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, at Hoss’s Steak & Sea House, 2432 Route 257, Cranberry. Registration is due by Friday, Feb. 22.
