The Clarion County Narcotics Enforcement Team on Thursday filed charges against 21 individuals.
Clarion County Chief Detective William H. Peck IV said the CNET effort included state police troopers from Clarion, DuBois and Punxsutawney; police officers from Clarion and New Bethlehem boroughs; Clarion County sheriff’s deputies; and Clarion County Adult Probation agents.
The following individuals have been charged:
– Karen M. Collingwood, 61, of Clarion, is charged with the sale of Tramadol. Collingwood was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
– Wayne P. Devine, 35, of Natrona Heights, is charged with the sale of Suboxone. His arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Joshlyn D. Hughes, 41, of Pittsburgh, is charged with the sale of Suboxone. Her arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Casey R. Myers, 31, of Strattanville, is charged with the sale of Suboxone. Myers was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
– Branden M. Doty, 24, of Strattanville, is charged with the sale of Suboxone. Doty was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
– Marquita S. Wagner, 32, of New Bethlehem, is charged with the delivery of Adderall. Her arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Jessie L. Bailor, 34, of Clarion, is charged with the delivery of Subutex. Bailor was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
– Mary D. Baer, 31, of Indiana, Pennsylvania, is charged with the delivery of Vicodin. Her arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Joseph A. Conklin, 30, of Clarion, is charged with the delivery of Vicodin. Conklin was arrested and released on his own recognizance.
– Amanda Snyder, 21, of Callensburg, is charged with the delivery of methamphetamine. Snyder was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bail.
– Erika L. Anthony, 34, of New Bethlehem, is charged with the delivery of Concerta. Anthony was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
-Nicholas M. Bowers, 23, of New Bethlehem, is charged with the delivery of methamphetamine. Bowers was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 unsecured bail.
– Trisha Potter, 50, of Sligo, is charged with the delivery of Lyrica. Potter was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
– Brandon M. Ditty, 26, of Clarion, is charged with the delivery of methamphetamine. Ditty was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 unsecured bail.
– Michael Barrett, 51, of Knox, is charged with the delivery of methamphetamine. His arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Mark Wilkinson, 39, of Butler, is charged with the delivery of cocaine. Wilkinson was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 unsecured bail.
– Pauline Burk, 41, of Lucinda, is charged with the delivery of cocaine. Burk was arrested and placed in the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
– Anthony Bensy, 25, of Springdale, is charged with the delivery of marijuana. His arrest warrant is listed as active.
– Kyle Creed, 24, of Pittsburgh, is charged with the illegal sale of a firearm. He was arrested and released on unspecified unsecured bail.
All the charges were filed at District Judge Duane Quinn’s office in Clarion.
