11 Clarion County residents face drug charges

The Clarion Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) arrested 11 people and charged them with various drug-related offenses on Friday.

Warrants were served or issued on:

Benjamin Cyphert, 22, Clarion: Cyphert was charged with delivery of marijuana, a felony; criminal use of a communications facility, a third-degree felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors; on July 12, 2017.

Cyphert is also charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, and delivery of marijuana, on July18, 2017.

He is also charged with conspiracy to deliver morphine, a felony, on Aug. 30, 2017.

Cyphert was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Crystal Bowser, 31, Clarion: Bowser is charged with conspiracy to deliver morphine and criminal use of a communication facility on Aug. 30, 2017.

Bowser is also charged with conspiracy to deliver Tramadol, a felony; and criminal use of a communication facility on Oct. 26, 2017.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Bowser.

Anikalee Craig, 23, Clarion: Craig is charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana, delivery of marijuana, and criminal use of a communication facility, on July 18, 2017.

In a separate case, Craig is also charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana and criminal use of a communication facility, on July 18, 2017.

Craig was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Jody Master, 48, Strattanville: Master is charged with delivery of Suboxone, conspiracy to deliver Suboxone, both felonies; and possession of a controlled substance, April 3, 2018.

Master was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

John Kristakis, 56, Clarion: Kristakis is charged with delivery of Vyvanse, a felony, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance on April 12.

Kristakis is also charged with delivery of Vyvanse, a felony, criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts possession of a controlled substance on April 13.

He is charged with delivery of Adderall, a felony, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance on Sept. 12.

Kristakis was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Gary Humble Jr., 41, New Bethlehem: Humble is charged with delivery of Zubsolv, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance on Oct. 24, 2017.

Humble is also charged with charged with delivery of Suboxone, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance on Nov. 16, 2017.

Humble is also charged with delivery of Suboxone, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 27.

An arrest warrant for Humble was issued.

Jamie Bailey, 26, Clarion: Bailey is charged with delivery of Suboxone and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 22.

Bailey also is charged with criminal use of a communication facility on April 1.

Bailey also faces charges of delivery of Suboxone, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on an unspecified date.

Bailey was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Nicole Torchia, 31, Clarion: Torchia is charged with delivery of Clonazepam, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 31.

Torchia is charged with the same offenses on April 12 and May 15.

Torchia was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Tasha Rigetta, 26, Clarion: Rigetta is charged with delivery of morphine and conspiracy to deliver morphine, both felonies, Aug. 30, 2017.

Rigetta was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Duane Woods, 39, Shippenville: Woods is charged with delivery of Suboxone, criminal use of a communication facility, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 24.

Woods was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County Jail.

Richard Dee, 39, Clarion: Dee is charged with delivery of Clonazepam, conspiracy to deliver Clonazepam, and possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 12.

An arrest warrant was issued for Dee.
